This series of products is widely used in dust collection systems such as crushing, packaging, warehouse roofs, clinker coolers, and various grinding machines in cement plants. It is also suitable for dust collection of exhaust gases from metallurgy, chemical, mechanical, and civil boilers.

Selection:

1. Calculate the filtration area of the dust collector based on the amount of gas processed

F=Q/60 x VN in the equation: Q - gas processing volume (m3/h) VN - filtration wind speed (M/min)

For example, a 3.5 × 12M cement mill with a ventilation rate of 30000 m3/h should be tested with an air box pulse dust collector.

According to the given air volume of 30000 m3/h, the filtration wind speed VN is 0.8 M/min, and the over accumulation of the dust collector is 625 (㎡)

2. This series of dust collectors consists of various specifications with different numbers of rooms and bags per room.

There are several types of bags in each room, including 32, 64, 96, etc. The diameter of the filter bag is 130mm, and the length of the filter bag is 2450mm.

For example, the PPC 4 x 32 air box pulse dust collector has a filtration area of 128 square meters and is divided into 4 chambers, each with an area of 32 square meters

Characteristics of gas box pulse dust collector:

The characteristic of the pulse cleaning bag dust collector with an air box is to use separate chambers to clean the dust alternately, which is called offline cleaning. When a certain room is undergoing dust blowing and cleaning, the filtered airflow is cut off, avoiding the secondary flying of dust generated by dust blowing and cleaning.

2. The electronic control equipment adopts the pulse controller professionally manufactured by our company. The core control program and circuit structure design are a summary of years of experience in controlling gas box pulse dust collectors. The core components use specialized devices to ensure long-term stable and reliable operation.

3. The material of the filter bag for this series of dust collectors is generally polyester needle punched felt, which is allowed to be used at temperatures below 120 ℃. If the filter bag is made of fluoromethane, its allowable operating temperature can reach 220 ℃. But this type of filter material is expensive. If the temperature of the treated exhaust gas is higher than the allowable temperature of the filter material mentioned above, cooling measures should be taken before the exhaust gas enters the dust collector.
